Craniosacral Therapy

a healing therapy for the whole body

Craniosacral therapy is a holistic, non-invasive form of bodywork that focuses on the manipulation of the craniosacral system. This therapy is based on the concept that the craniosacral rhythm, a subtle pulsation of the cerebrospinal fluid, reflects the health of the central nervous system. Using gentle manipulation of the fascia, your practitioner will work through the areas of tension in the body that are manifesting both physically and/or emotionally.

Come Experience It For Yourself

Our Craniosacral Therapist, Dina, has been a practitioner and teacher of this modality for more than 3 decades. She uses gentle touch and palpation to identify subtle rhythms, restrictions, or imbalances in the craniosacral system. The touch is typically light, and the practitioner may work on different parts of the body, including the head, spine, and sacrum. During your session you will likely experience deep relaxation as she works to release the fascia and reduce tension. Sessions are performed fully clothed (although we recommend comfortable clothing – no jeans please).
